Willkommen!
I'm Sean, a craft beer enthusiast, homebrewer, BJCP certified beer judge, and beer history fanatic from south central Kansas. I've been interested in space for as long as I can remember, so The Brewhouse Voyager is the name for my "homebrewery", and every beer I make is named after something related to astronomy or physics. I intend the name to imply not only actually visiting new breweries and trying new beers, but also all the ways beer can be a "journey" to expand our understanding of the world.
I intend for this blog to be a creative outlet along those lines: there might be some beer-related travel, visiting different breweries, perhaps festivals. Sometimes, there will be some musings about trends, or the differences or similarities about different beer styles how they existed 100+ years ago, and will include some attempts to recreate and celebrate these classic beers, evaluations of the results, etc.
